This offer is available to homeowners with kitchens that have a standard layout and no major structural changes. Electrical and plumbing must already be in workable condition.

Homes qualify when the layout stays the same, and no major plumbing or electrical relocations are needed.
If additional work is required, timelines will be adjusted with full transparency.
What materials can I choose from?
The program includes 10 cabinetry options, 10 countertop options, and 10 tile options.
You may also choose upgraded or premium materials, but these are priced separately.
Do you handle permits if they are required?
Yes. If your project requires electrical or plumbing permits, we can handle them for you.
Some kitchens won’t need permits depending on the scope and city rules.
Is demolition included?
Yes — demolition of existing cabinets and countertops is included.
Removing walls, structural elements, or anything outside the standard kitchen footprint is considered extra and can be quoted during the estimate.
What is not included in the $15,000 offer?
The fixed price does not include:
Removing or adding walls
Moving plumbing or electrical to new locations

If we find issues like water damage, faulty wiring, or subfloor problems, we will explain the situation, give options, and provide clear pricing before moving forward.
